Kaye predicts that the style will be everywhere on the lips throughout the winter: I believe that frosted glossy lips will be in this winter as some trends from the 1990s begin to return.

Additionally, the coquettish, feather-lined lips of this winter lend that supple vibe. Says Gabbay: The ’90s look you want without the graphic harshness comes from lips that are lined and feather out toward the center. You can wear it on its own, with a lipstick that is slightly lighter, or with a lip oil for a juicy pout.
